Congrats Dr. Madhu Mathew!

Thrilled to share that my incredible wife, Madhu, has been selected to join the ABC News Medical Unit! She will be working alongside ABC’s Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton, MD, in helping to convey complex medical information to the general public for live broadcasts on Good Morning America, ABC World News Tonight with David Muir and other local affiliate stations like ABC 7 Chicago. Telling stories and sharing happiness has always been her obsession, and one of the many reasons why I married her was because of her zest for life & her genuine willingness to help others in need. Sometimes she does it with a stethoscope, but many of the times she is able to do it with a simple thought-provoking conversation. This new role into medical journalism gives her the opportunity & platform to provide unfiltered, informative & transparent health related information to millions of Americans who watch ABC news regularly on it’s various media outlets both online, in print and on television. Kudos to you on continuing to break the glass ceiling!
