It was a real pleasure for Akmg Georgia chapter to present a check for $4037 to the Atlanta Food Bank today. Many Thanks to all our generous donors who made this possible. We hope to have more participation next year and years to come. It was not a huge amount but when you think this amount will feed a meal for over 16000 less fortunate people, it makes us feel good as part of our community. Thank you AKMG. Dr. Santhosh K.G Koshy MD, MBA was appointed as the new Chair of the Department of Medicine at WMED, Western Michigan University. Dr. Koshy is an interventional cardiologist, and is currently a professor in the JT and Margaret Talkington Department of Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Medicine. He was the previous chair of the department.
