Akmg Canada Annual meeting 2025 was a grand success thanks to the
stellar vision and teamwork from our leadership team: Dr. Krishnakumar Nair, Dr. Usha Harikumar, and Dr. Anil Joseph 👍. The presence of almost 130 attendees, insights by two state ministers with portfolios aligned to healthcare and immigration, a plenary talk by Dr. Jobin Varughese, general body meeting, skit, fashion show, dance, music, vendor booths, networking opportunities — and the vibrant energy infused by our young brigade led by Dr. Sumesh Menon and Chanchal — were the main highlights.
A heartfelt thank-you to our senior leaders — Dr. Mariamma Joseph, Dr. Mathai, Dr. Shah Nawaz, Dr. Santosh Paikattu, et al. — for their continued support🙏🙏. The New Jersey team, led by Dr. Elizabeth Mammen, Dr. Rekha Menon, and Dr. Liza Protasius, officially launched their registration campaign last night.
Thanks to several community sponsors, Dr. Savita Rajan, and Dr. Thomas Rajan, we were able to cover a significant portion of the expenses and offer discounted registration for IMGs. Special shout-out to Dr. Shelby Kutty for wholeheartedly supporting Team Canada and Team New Jersey.
Introducing the new AKMG Canada leadership team: Dr. Iqbal Vadakkayil, Dr. Ajoi Vincent, and Dr. Sumesh Murali.
